  • 3 chicken breasts

Instructions

1. Preparing the Chicken:

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Season the chicken breasts with 3 g of salt and 5 g of black pepper.
  • Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  • Stuff each chicken breast with cheese and parsley.

2. Coating the Chicken:

  • In a shallow dish, mix together the bread crumbs, flour, 10 g of salt, 5 g of black pepper, garlic powder, and sweet paprika.
  • In another dish, beat the eggs.
