  • 400 g (14 oz) potatoes
  • 300 ml water
  • 40 ml (1.35 fl oz) milk
  • 40 g (1.4 oz) butter
  • 10 g (0.35 oz) salt

Instructions

Prepare the Meat Nests:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced meat, finely chopped onion, bread crumbs soaked in milk, black pepper, salt, coriander, and egg.
  2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
