How to Make This Delicious Pasta with Shrimp

Ingredients

  • Shrimp – 450 g
  • Onion – 1 pc
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Pasta – 250 g
  • White dry wine – 200-250 ml
  • Canned tomatoes – 200 g
  • Parsley
  • Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika
  • Olive oil
  • Ghee

Instruction

  1. Heat a frying pan and add olive oil.
  2. Put Prawns – 450 g on the pan
  3. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Fry for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
  6. Adding the enough salt, Black pepper, and Paprika.
  7. Pour ghee into the same pan.
  8. Fry the onion until golden brown.
  9. While waiting, cook noodles 250 g in the bowl
  10. Fry 4 cloves of garlic for about 1 minute.
  11. On the fying pan, pour white dry wine – 200-250 ml. Boil for about 2 minutes.
  12. Then, pour canned tomatoes – 200 g. Salt, Black pepper, and Parsely. Let simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
  13. Return the shrimp to the pan and drain the water from the noodles.
