INGREDIENTS

Time: 10-15 minutes
Serves: 4-6

  • 490g FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5%
  • 2 tablespoons Dutch-processed cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons milk or milk substitute
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup, honey, or agave
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 450g strawberries, sliced
  • 10 vanilla crème-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • Strawberries and cookies for garnish (optional)

STEPS

  1. In a medium-size bowl, combine 245g of yoghurt, cocoa powder, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Using a handheld mixer, blend together the ingredients until well combined.
  2. Add strawberries to the bottom of a serving glass, and top with the remaining yoghurt, crushed cookies, and chocolate yoghurt mixture. Garnish with extra yoghurt, strawberry, and cookie.
