- 5 g (0.2 oz) black pepper

- 25 ml (0.8 fl oz) olive oil
For the salad:
- 2 boiled potatoes, diced
- 2 boiled eggs, chopped
- 40 g (1.4 oz) onion, chopped
- 50 g (1.8 oz) black olives, sliced
- 20 g (0.7 oz) green onion, chopped
- 100 ml (3.4 fl oz) olive oil
- 20 g (0.7 oz) mustard
- 10 ml (0.3 fl oz) vinegar
- 2 g (0.1 oz) black pepper
- 4 g (0.1 oz) salt
For the sauce:
- 200 g (7.1 oz) ketchup
- 300 ml (10 fl oz) Coca-Cola
- 30 ml (1 fl oz) soy sauce
- 5 g (0.2 oz) granulated garlic
- 5 g (0.2 oz) salt
- 5 g (0.2 oz) black pepper

Step 1: Marinate the pork.
Combine the pork, Coca-Cola, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, bacon, black pepper, salt, and oregano in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight.
