There is always 1 egg and a couple of tablespoons of yogurt or sour cream in the fridge. 1 apple is enough for the pancakes to taste good. Pancakes are airy, golden brown on the outside and snow-white on the inside. Don’t forget to sprinkle the finished apple pancakes with cinnamon sugar, just like apples without cinnamon! INGREDIENTS

  • 1 peeled apple
  • lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 30 grams of sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 150 grams plain yoghurt (unsweetened).
  • 140 grams of wheat flour.
  • Half a teaspoon of baking soda
  • vegetable fat
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • Cinammon
