  • 1/2 cup rice raw
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 4 pounds chicken, cut up (skin removed if desired)
  • 1 can (6-ounce size) sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can (10.75-ounce size) cream of chicken soup
  • 10 ounces milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Now that we have everything we need, let’s get started with the cooking process:

Step 1: Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2: Prepare the chicken
