- Salt, Black Pepper, Curry, Thyme
- Hot water – 200 ml
- Potato – 3 pcs
- carrot – 4 pcs
- Red onion – 1 pc
- Paprika – 1 pc
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Onion – 1 pc
- Zucchini – 1 pc
- Eggplant – 1 piece
- Tomato sauce – 100 ml
Instruction
- Marinate the chicken drumsticks in a mixture of tomato paste, olive oil, salt, pepper, curry powder, thyme, and hot water for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
